Once you have selected your preferred dealer:

- Insert your bike VIN number OR easily search for your model from the drop down lists
- Tick type of Service or Work Required on your motorcycle
- Select Date and collection and drop off times.
- Review booking and cost summary, accept and submit.

Mileage: Service due every time the motorcycle reaches its 20 000km or 32 000km interval (Model Dependent) | Time: N/A
The Minor service needs to be carried out when the motorcycle reaches its mileage based service interval, depending on the model it will either be at intervals of 20 000km or intervals of 32 000km.
The Major service entails a comprehensive check over of the complete motorcycle and includes crucial inspection and rectification of the valve clearance and valve timing that is fundamental for the engine to run at its peak performance. We require the motorcycle for at least 2 days to carry out this service due to it being such a labor intensive operation.
The service will include the following:
- Oil and Oil filter Change
- Replace Sump plug washer
- Clean and Inspect Intake system
- Replace Air Filter
- Clean and Balance Throttle bodies (Engines with more than one throttle body)
- Drive Chain clean, adjust and lubricate
- Full check over
- Check and adjust headstock bearings if necessary
- Lubricate all moving parts (Levers, Pedals, Locking Mechanism etc.)
- Software check/update on all Control units
- Safety related components Retorque
- Triumph Diagnostics Tool diagnostics and Autoscan
- Road Test

- Rectify valve timing (Model Dependent)
- Clean engine covers and assemble with new Gaskets and Seals
- Clean intake ports and valves using a compression stabilizer
- Replace Spark Plugs
- Drain and flush Cooling system and replace the Radiator cap
- Bleeding the cooling system
- Clean and Inspect Intake system
- Replace Air Filter
- Thoroughly clean Throttlebody assembly
- Balance Throttle bodies (Engines with more than one throttle body)
- Replace Fuel Filter(Model Dependent)
- Replace chain rubbing strip and Dampeners(Model Dependent)
- Drive Chain clean, adjust and lubricate
- Replace Final drive oil and sealing washers (Rocket and Tiger 1200 only)
- Full check over
- Check and adjust headstock bearings if necessary
- Lubricate all moving parts (Levers, Pedals, Locking Mechanism etc.)
- Software check/update on all Control units
- Safety related components Retorque
- Triumph Diagnostics Tool diagnostics and Autoscan
- Road Test
- Wash
Mileage: Service due every time the motorcycle reaches its 40 000km or 64 000km interval (Model Dependent) | Time: N/A
The Major service needs to be carried out when the motorcycle reaches its mileage based service interval, depending on the model it will either be at intervals of 40 000km or intervals of 64 000km.
The Major service entails a comprehensive check over of the complete motorcycle and includes crucial inspection and rectification of the valve clearance and valve timing that is fundamental for the engine to run at its peak performance. We require the motorcycle for at least 2 days to carry out this service due to it being such a labor intensive operation.
This Major Service will also include assessing the suspension linkages, front forks and headstock bearings: if replacement of oils or grease is necessary an additional quote will be created for the extra work.
Fuel and Coolant hoses will also be inspected and quote on if necessary.
The service will include the following:
- Oil and Oil filter Change
- Replace Sump plug washer
- Disassemble, assess and rectify valve clearances
- Rectify valve timing (Model Dependent)
- Clean engine covers and assemble with new Gaskets and Seals
- Clean intake ports and valves using a compression stabilizer
- Replace Spark Plugs
- Drain and flush Cooling system and replace the Radiator cap
- Bleeding the cooling system
- Clean and Inspect Intake system
- Replace Air Filter
- Thoroughly clean Throttlebody assembly
